How can I use the image?
As long as they do not infringe the restrictions set out below you may use the image for any of the following purposes:
websites; blog posts; social media; advertisements; marketing campaigns; corporate presentations; newspapers; magazines; books; film and television productions; web and mobile applications; product packaging.
How long may I use the image for?
There is no limit to the number of times you may use the image. Neither is there a date by which you must use it.
Exclusivity?
You do not have exclusive rights to the image. Simon Jauncey Images may sell the image to other customers. If you require exclusive rights please contact us to discuss the options.
Who Owns The image ?
All images remain copyright of Simon Jauncey.
Do I need to display a photo credit?
Photo credits are always helpful but if the image is being used for commercial/marketing purposes there is no obligation to display a photo credit. If it is being used for editorial purposes ie.newspapers; magazines; books; you must use "simonjaunceyimages" next to the image or in the credits section.
Restrictions.
You may not use the images in a pornographic, defamatory or other unlawful manner.
You may not allow others to download, redistribute or use the image in any way.
You may not falsely represent that you are the original creator of the image.
